Evaluation system
The academic year is divided in two semester.
1
1st semester (April to September)
It is a continuous comprehensive evaluation it includes monthly test , assignments, Projects work andhalf yearly exam.
2
2nd Semester ( October to march )
It is a continuous comprehensive evaluation it includes monthly test , assignments, Projects work andhalf yearly exam.
The complete course content for math, English grammar, Hindi Grammar, Punjabi Grammar of the first semester will be included in the final examination. . However S.St , Science , Physical Education , Agriculture, GK , the course content taught in term I will be assessed in the first semester examination and the course content of Term II will be assessed in the Final examination.
In addition to the scholastic area, co-scholastic area like life skill, visual and performing arts, Literary and creative skill, attitude and values, co-scholastic activities , health and Physical education , homework and assignments, project worksare also be evaluated.
As per CBSE guidelines and to get rid of heavy satchel for little tiny tots, school strictly implements ‘No Homework Policy‘ for the students from class I and II and further wish to state that the same has stated on official website of the school.
